The D-Link DGS-1210 Smart Managed Switch are the latest generation of switch to provide increased Power over Ethernet (PoE) output, a range of physical interface types, multiple management interfaces, and advanced Layer 2 features. With all of these features combined, the DGS-1210-10P provides a cost-efficient and flexible solution for expanding any business network.

Technical Details

The D-Link DGS-1210-10P is, in essence, a smart managed PoE switch specifically designed for small and medium businesses. Therefore, it offers a compelling balance of performance, robust security features, and user-friendly manageability.

Regarding its connectivity, it provides 8 x 10/100/1000BASE-T ports, notably with PoE capability, alongside 2 x Gigabit SFP ports for flexible uplink options. Furthermore, its PoE functionality supports IEEE 802.3af/at standards, delivering a substantial power budget of up to 30W per port, with a total of 65W available. For network administration, it features a convenient web-based interface for straightforward configuration and monitoring.

Additionally, it offers a specialized Surveillance Mode, which simplifies management specifically for IP surveillance systems. To promote energy efficiency, it implements Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE), resulting in power savings during periods of low network activity.
